RETURN POLICY

At Slippery Elm, part of the Wyx Brands family, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items (such as sale items, items purchased from our online Outlet Store, gift cards, or custom/personalized products) are non-returnable. We will clearly note these at the time of purchase.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
3. Exchanges
- If you received a defective or damaged item, you can count on us to replace it.
- Email photos of the damaged item, including photos of any damage to exterior packaging, to hello@slipperyelm.com and provide us with your name, order number, and a description of the damage.
- A member of our Customer Success team will respond within 2 business days to follow-up on next steps for your exchange.
4. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item or damaged goods).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.
